Payment Methods.
SkinCubed accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you would like to place an order by phone, please call our sales department at 1-800-294-0293 ext 701.

Debit Cards: Please be aware that when using debit cards, your purchase amount will automatically become unavailable at time of purchase. 

Returns Policy*

 Items returned within 90* days from the date of purchase may be returned for a full refund, even if the jar is completely empty! Simply e-mail customer support at support@skincubed.com or call customer support at 1-800-294-0293 ext 702 to receive a RMA (Returned Merchant Authorization) number to include with your return. Once your return is received, your credit card will be immediately credited. To prevent fraud, your return must have an RMA number and a shipping tracking number to be processed. Customers must pay return postage. We retain the right to refuse a return based on abuse of our policies or fraudulent acts.



Please note that we cannot process packages marked "Return to Sender".  Returned packages require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ensure accurate processing. RMA numbers can be obtained by contacting support@skincubed.com or calling support at 1-800-294-0293 ext 702. Customer responsible for return postage. For your protection please use a service with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for lost items.


Shipping Rates*
Our standard shipping method in the U.S.A is via USPS Priority mail. We also offer faster service via Next Day Air. Some methods are not available when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. We accept international orders; International customers are responsible for complying with all local tariffs and regulations. International orders will ship via global priority mail for a flat shipping and handling rate of $25 ($19.95 for Canada). Flat shipping rates are as follows:

  • Priority - $5.95 your order will arrive in approximately 2-3 business days. ( FREE if your order total exceeds $100)
  • Next Day Air - $29.95
  • Canada - $19.95 Global priority mail, 4 to 7 days. (FREE if your order total exceeds $150)
  • International - $25 USPS flat rate Global priority mail Your order will arrive to most country's within 4 to 7 days with additional time required for customs clearance. ( FREE if your order total exceeds $200)


Sales Tax
Because SkinCubed is an Arizona based company; we are required by law to collect Arizona sales tax for orders shipped to Arizona.
