How do I return an item?
if you are not satisfied with your purchase, items returned within 90 days from the date of purchase may be returned for a full refund, even if the jar is empty! Simply e-mail customer support at support@skincubed.com to receive a RMA number to include with your return, once your return is received your credit card will be immediately credited. To prevent fraud, your return must have a shipping tracking number to be processed. We retain the right to refuse a return based on abuse of our policies or fraudulent acts.
